First time eating Dakgalbi, not sure if I got the concept right. Dakgalbi itself is defined as spicy stir-fried chicken, and it can be modified to be inserted into the carbs, either rice and/or noodle (above pic). They cooked it in front of us, using the korean special spicy sauce (below left pic) – beware of the splash of oil also during cooking time. The condiments such as onion chips, salads, and macaroni with mayo were served to accompany the dish.
