The specialized fish restaurant was jammed packed when I was there. It was a good sign, and we tried several dishes there: water spinach with chili (spicy and great), fish grilled with spices in bamboo (full of flavor, but the spice was a little bit salty for me. The fish was cooked to perfection though), and fish head cooked in clear sour soup (sourly refreshing, real good).
