Waiting for my next flight, I perused Hong Kong International airport for a bit of a stomach filler. Decided to give Baikohken a go, since I craved for something warm. Did not regret my choice. The soup was right, not too thick and not too light. Noodle was in the right chew level, condiments were tasted nicely. Adding some corn was awesomely satisfying. Gulped down with dry Asahi, real nice lunch.
