Holiday in Jogjakarta, we went straight to the food! First, it was the authentic Javanese noodle. There are two typical styles, fried and soupy noodle. The fried one can be made with yellow flour noodle or rice noodle. All noodles were made one by one using a charcoal type stove. I chose the rice noodle, love it. It had this great charcoal taste. My friends tried the yellow flour fried noodle and the soupy noodle. No complaint, quite authentic and great in taste. Although we waited for nearly 1.5 hours, it was worth the wait..
