It is written on their first page of menu: they do not do fusion, only modernization of both japanese and french cuisine, separately. Okay, noted. Since we both love Japan, we tried their modern interpretation of japanese cuisine. First, the raw salmon with salmon roes and little omelette on top of sushi rice – delish, love every bite of it. Good combination of flavours and textures. Second was the beloved omurice. Moist omelette on top, all the gooey egg yolk, combined with good sauce and great fried rice inside. Perfect dinner.
